02.01.2022 FREE BABY CLINIC TEMPORARILY CLOSED Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, our much loved and popular Free Baby Clinic is temporarily closed. We value the families in our community and will endeavour to open the clinic again as soon as we can.... Amanda Sykes, Midwife / Lactation Consultant, has run this professional service for the past 13 years. She has supported and helped over a 1000 local families coming to the clinic over that time. Amanda's experience also extends to helping at least another few thousand families through her private practice Caring Hands Home Maternity service and as a Midwife in the public hospital maternity services in QLD over the past 29 years. Amanda's private service, Caring Hands Home Maternity Service, continues to provide support and expert advice for women, their babies and their families. All consultations are via skype, zoom or phone consultations. Private health rebates available.
