12.01.2022 FREEZER KEEPERS.... Got them? Love them? Or maybe you didn’t even know they existed? If you haven’t got them you need them! I prep ahead because I like to make everything from scratch and it helps when it comes time to pack the kids or hubby’s lunch in a hurry. Going into the freezer today Pineapple Carrot cake. With freezer keepers there’s no need for wrapping, I just layer with a piece of baking paper in between to stop them sticking together, then pop them into lunchboxes frozen for a delicious fresh piece of cake thawed nicely by lunch time. No frostbite, ice on your food or that disgusting freezer aftertaste either! I store all my bulk meats, stews, soups and veggies in freezer keepers.
