24.01.2022 Public holiday breaky, workout and Study. What do you have planned?



21.01.2022 This morning was cold and wet but this was still a nice start to the day. Now for some breaky and a hot cup of tea. How is your long weekend going?

21.01.2022 Friday afternoon kids snack plate. How good is this time of year for yummy fruit. Cherries make it feel like Christmas although I'm lucky if I get any. Both Mango and Cherries are a good source of fibre and contain vitamins and minerals. Last Friday I made a delicious Mango salad and Mango chicken that I will share with you.

12.01.2022 today is going to be a perfect day to get outside for some fresh air and Vitamin D



07.01.2022 Lunch ... Eating a variety of colours ensures you are getting the vitamins and minerals that the body requires. Egg is my source of protein today. Avo and hemp seeds for healthy fats.

02.01.2022 What is you morning routine? Mine is starting the day with water! 1-2 glasses everyday before breakfast without fail, usually with a dash of Apple Cider vinegar or lemon. My next one is to have breakfast everyday. Unless I'm doing an occasional fast/cleanse day. Some days breaky is green tea and a smoothie like today, some days it's a coffee and piece of toast (Rye or wholemeal). Today I've actually had a smoothie and a piece of toast with honey (omg the carbs and sugar) Your body needs a variety of foods including Carbs.
