25.01.2022 So after being inspired by Anna-Skye Kameron this week, I thought I’d hit the kitchen and play. High Protein Mousse with Macerated berries with cinnamon and maple syrup. It tastes yummy so I may do it again.... Happy to post the recipe in comments if you’d like?

17.01.2022 For a little while now, there have been a nucleus of people encouraging me to progress my academic journey~after finally building up the balls to actually jump and take on this huge journey~yesterday I received confirmation that it’s all going to actually happen So off to uni at the age of 40, full time work and study whilst single parenting.....I can’t wait!
