19.01.2022 Introducing Natalie ...the winner of the competition I ran a few months back, nominated by her beautiful friend Ruby Natalie enjoyed a night away from the kids with her partner, travelling up from Hobart. Truly in need of some pampering and downtime, it was a true pleasure to glam her up! ... We started with @nat_77 doing a freshen up in the hairdresser chair and and then onto me for a winter soft glam makeup, before having a few photos with @amphotographicsau and a night out for dinner. #Launcestonmakeupartist #tasmanianmakeupartist Such a wonderful morning with a beautiful girl inside and out.

19.01.2022 This is one of my absolute FAVOURITE non fruit smoothie bowls. This recipe I adapted from @lilsipper who makes the most amazing clean meals, snacks, smoothies that you'll ever find!! This is made of pre steamed and frozen cauliflower and pumpkin. I steam the sweet potato just before I'm about to make it, however you can make that ahead of time as well. ... I don't like my smoothies really cold. Along with this I use my salted caramel @happywayau protein powder or the chocolate one if I've run out, along with some cacao powder, unflavoured bone broth and a little coconut milk to get it moving. Then top with your favourite ingredients I've used a granola, cacao nibs and coconut. I know you're judging this and thinking this is the last thing you'll ever want to try, however I can tell you now, it does NOT taste like any of the vegetable ingredients. As soon as you add a protein powder that's got a good depth of flavour, the end result will be a creamy mousse like bowl of goodness, that IS actually good for you!! It makes a great breakfast, brunch, snack or after dinner dessert. I can guarantee youll love it if you have a sweet tooth and like caramely chocolatey, moussey desserts! See more

14.01.2022 E.L.F Elf Cosmetics have you heard of them? It stands for Eyes.Lips.Face ... This underrated brand is super affordable and has a huge range of products which would give some high end brands a run for their money! New to my collection (TODAY, yay) are the Poreless putty primer - $16 Makeup mist and set - $9 Hydrating camo concealer in light Peach medium Peach and Tan sand - $10 These concealers have Tarte Shape Tape-esque qualities with coverage and their shade selection is also pretty impressive. ELF is available at Kmart however I'm not sure they stock all of the products that are on line. I have a number of the brushes which I've used for years, don't shed, blend beautifully and still don't have scratchy fibres which a lot of makeup brushes can end up getting. If you're in the market for some new products I recommend having a look at elf looking up 'Emily Noel ELF' as she does amazing reviews and is someone ive following her for years on YouTube and who I go to for the real low down on products. Just an every day mum, keeping it real n honest! See more

13.01.2022 A filling breakfast full of good healthy fats and protein will always keep you fuller for longer! I dont often have bread, but also don't deprive myself of certain food groups all together... if I feel like it, I'm going to have it! A favourite addition is Halloumi which I pan-fry for 4 to 5 minutes each side, which adds a nice salty flavour over the smashed avocado.... See more

12.01.2022 Today I have something a little different! Here's a beautiful age appropriate Tween makeup look on Milla! It's only natural that young girls want to start applying makeup, so showing them what you can achieve, with just a few products is really important.... There's no fancy products here... these were all from Milla's makeup collection. I used three of Millas brushes...I could have gotten away with two. Step 1. I cleansed her skin with the micellar water then moisturised and applied a little bit of foundation with a sponge. Step 2. I topped her cheeks with a peachy pink blush and just a hint of bronzer. Step 3. On her eyes I used a pinky beige in the crease and then used my finger to apply two different pigments on the lid for a little bit of shine. I used a slightly deeper shade just under the lower lash line and on the very outer corners. Step 4 A sheer pink lip stick added some juicyness to her lips. Thank you Gypsy, Natalie, Milla and Rochelle! See more
