21.01.2022 Going into my #30daystohealthyliving journey I am coming out a pretty inactive period in my life Being honest until last Sunday I hadn't done SH!T in the gym for about 3 and half months... feeling a bit down, with low energy levels and not enjoying the cold of winter My body weight hasn't fluctuated much between 60 - 62.5kgs in the last six months but I have started to notice changes in my body composition ( fat vs muscle mass)... So as of last Sunday I started my '30 days to healthy living and beyond' with the help and support of my Arbonne Nutritionals and Beautiful Biz partners!
