25.01.2022 2021 IS COMING!! AND IT"S GOING TO BE GREAT!! Get your boots on and hit the track, pre-season training starts MONDAY 23rd November! Trining is for u16s, Colts and Seniors.... When: Monday's and Wednesday's from the 23rd Nov to 16th Dec. Time: 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Where: Nerang High School (main oval). Parking: Park in the carpark off Gilston rd. Nerang High address: Weedons Rd, Nerang QLD 4211 Players please wear footy boots to training and bring runners. Please bring your own water bottles as per COVID-19 requirements. 24.01.2022 Exciting things are happening at the Swamp. RSL Oval 2 has had a little make over. The oval is now much bigger and completely fenced allowing us to have a huge playing surface. Once the grass has grown back and we mark out the field we should have an oval roughly 155m x 135m aprox. Thats the same size as the SCG. not bad at all.... Special mention to a few key players for making this happen. Big thanks to MNDCC, fantastic effort with organising, project managing and sourcing funds through grants. Big thanks to AFLQ for their financial contribution. Big thanks to Cricket Queensland for their financial contribution. Big thanks to GCCC for the earthworks. 23.01.2022 Calling all Sainters! Raw Challenge is on this weekend and they are kindly donating all profits from bar sales back to Carrara Saints. This is FANTASTIC! Thank you Raw Challenge. So let's show our support and appreciation by putting our Sainters hats on and heading out to lend a hand. The club are looking for volunteers to help out in the bar and to help out with social distancing from 9.30am.... After last Saturday, I think we can all agree that its an amazing place to have some fun. And YES volunteers will receive a few beverages and lunch. Black Hops are in the cans and for the first time ON TAP!!! Oh yeah. Grab a mate and head out to lend a hand and show your Sainter spirit.
