24.01.2022 I had my ’ IMPORTANT CONVERSATION OVER A CUP OF TEA’ at Seed Coffee with Allan Bennett, founder of Manage My Rainbow; https://www.managemyrainbow.com//pa/who...-is-the-rainbow-man. It has been one year since I first sat down with him to have this conversation of why he started his aspirational business to help give people courage to believe in themselves and their dreams, and to be brave enough to make them happen. The story was so thought provoking that I started following Manage my Rainbow immediately on Facebook; https://www.facebook.com/managemyrainbow/ He is engaging an audience that may silently want to achieve dreams in their lives, but are facing their own mind blocks or ‘dream breakers’ as he calls them. My first question to him was; Where are you now with your business venture? He was eager to share his experience of how he had worked with students at TAFE, Griffith University and young men in the Youth Justice system who had elected to do the Transition to Success program. He explained that some students came and thanked him after his free workshops to say that what they practised in his sessions changed their thinking. His ‘pot of gold stories’ are visited by many readers online https://blog.managemyrainbow.com. The impact of those stories in each of the readers lives, we may never know, but one thing for sure is that those stories inspired and educated me in very subtle ways. When I asked about 2020 and what it will bring with ‘Manage my Rainbow’ he was excited to share about him learning to be a life coach and working towards accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, so he can help more people achieve their potential. He said he identified this need by going through his own 4 step success generator and sussing out what he needs to achieve to become who he wants to be!! I will continue with these important conversations next year with everyday dreamers and achievers who share my values- equality, genuine interest in varying flavours of life, and being honest with yourself and others. Watch this space in my Facebook page posts. If you are interested to share your conversation with me over a cup of tea, please send me a message via tranquiltea.com.au or this page
