25.01.2022 As we mark 25 years since the establishment of Carroll College this year, we are very proud to be inspiring coming generations through the achievement of its foundation. Carroll College offers every student an education in strong traditional values; excellence, respect, inclusion and justice. Our students have been excited by Canterburys redesign of the Colleges original rugby jersey to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our seniors are also looking particularly smart in their newly designed blazers. The story of Carroll College deserves to be celebrated!

12.01.2022 Stage 5 Design and Technology students have been working on a unit titled, Light It Up where they were given a brief to design a lamp. The students had to decide where their lights would be placed, what the light would be used for, who would use the light, and then work on functionality and mechanics of the lamp. There is not one lamp the same and the varied materials highlights each students own design style. The way the light is dispersed, the shadows that are created and the overall aesthetics of the lamps is amazing and each student is to be commended for their final product.

The menu consisted of house made falafel, hummus, mixed dressed salad, pickled turnip, chilli and pita bread. Absolutely delicious! Mrs Kenna Hospitality Teacher
