So many of us can live with shame that is attached to a place deep inside of us where we hold onto an EMOTIONAL INJURY that was shoved upon us in our childhood. ... As little children.... we trust those around us that we call family & friends....... We don’t know any different from what is presented to us on a daily basis..... We have no understanding of the world that exists around us! So in an environment of love support & kindness we grow and flourish BUT..... in an environment of abuse, anger, pain, confusion & blame we grow into adults who carry deep inside of us emotions that carry a belief system that does not belong to our inner core..... For woman now.... the world is such an accepting place to say ME TOO...... A woman can seek support, speak up & she is seen as stepping into her power..... WHAT ABOUT OUR MEN OF THIS WORLD? Our society is trying to fix the domestic violence issues..., BUT TO CONTINUOUSLY FINGER POINT AT MEN AS THE PROBLEM IS CREATING MORE PROBLEMS! Men are abused too..... we have many woman out in our society that are narcissistic controlling & emotionally abusive to men..... THEY NEED TO BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE TOO! ABUSE IS ABUSE ! It’s high time our men can sat me too without judgment or ridicule from their peers or woman! Standing up against abuse is EVERYONE’S RIGHT ! Courage is shown through stepping up & overcoming our deepest fears & adversities..... This is especially true for MEN..... it builds strength in character, strength in our inner-wisdom & opens the doors of opportunities to a beautiful life where pain & judgement become a part of your past.... not your future!
