We are Support Advisors and our role is to help people with disabilities and seniors over the age of 65 understand how they can access in home support through the NDIS and government home care packages. We provide free one on one information and are also happy to talk to groups big or small. We'll explain how the NDIS and My Aged Care works and guide you from Start to Finish. We are a local, supportive provider who are passionate about empowering people to maintain their independence in their own home. Her visit involved looking at our policies and procedures, speaking to service users and staff and seeing evidence of what we say we do. Her initial feedback was excellent, we await her full report but we are very pleased and thank everyone who contributed to the review
