I am working on a number of different ideas at the moment; An App for Home Workouts, a new website and other online initiatives however my main priority right now is to continue to look after my No.1's. The people who have helped turn my business into the thriving business it was only a few short weeks ago. The people who I have watched transform their lives and bodies over the past 2-3 years to ensure you continue to do so now, more then ever! W...hat I can do right now for you is bring you virtual exercise programming and training, with the same individualisation, care, attention and accountability of our In Gym sessions. These will be: Individualised & Tailored for all levels Workouts customised for your equipment & space limitations Workouts customised for your available time, working around your life & responsibilities Weekly program changes as your body, mind and schedule demand. As well as this, I would love to offer the possibility of a GROUP outdoor session x1 per week to begin with. (No Equipment necessary - unless you choose to bring your own) These group sessions would be conducted with every rule and regulation in place therefore, I am patiently waiting on Fitness Australia to update their regulations and guidelines on this particular aspect before guaranteeing this. If this is something you may be interested in, please don't hesitate to contact me and we will go through all the details & hopefully book in your first sessions.
