The House Coordinator (HC) will lead the residential team in providing high quality, effective and person centered services. The HC is responsible for managing staff, implementing and maintaining work practices that are client focused and promote social inclusion. The HC will exhibit strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and demonstrate problem solving skills to work with people with complex requirements and behaviours. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Cert IV in Disability or higher education qualification Demonstrated experience in staff management, supervision and training Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Moderate level of computer literacy and data entry skills Capacity to undertake the activities specified in the Job Description Current Manual driver’s licence We are currently seeking male & female applicants to work full time shifts.
