25.01.2022 Mary believes in combining different treatment methods and working holistically in order to provide clients with the best possible outcome from their treatment. As a Myotherapist, Mary is able to utilise various treatment methods such as Myofascial Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilisation, Muscle Energy Techniques and Dry Needling as well as Soft Tissue Manipulation in order to assist her clients. Mary holds an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy. She is also a qualif...ied remedial massage therapist. She has continued to take on further professional development training over her career, having completed courses with CPD Health, Pregnancy massage Australia, The Therapy Web and Niel Asher/Stuart Hinds to name a few, and is an accredited member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association). During her spare time, Mary enjoys strength and weight training along with functional movement classes, spending quality time with her family and when time permits, binge watching Netflix! Mary is currently available on the following days: Mondays 4-7pm and Thursdays 10-1pm

16.01.2022 Brayden graduated from RMIT with a double bachelors degree in Health Science & Applied Science (osteopathy). Growing up playing basketball and footy he has an avid interest in the management and rehabilitation of all types of sporting injuries and enjoys empowering clients to self manage their condition so they are able to reach their goals, no matter how big or small. He's available for appointments Monday and Tuesday mornings, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

As a competitive Eventer, Layne has a passion for treating horse riders, but also loves working with football players and any other type of sporting injury. She is available all day Monday and Friday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and every second Saturday morning.
