25.01.2022 The South Eastern Junior Basketball Tournament is back for 2021! Held over the March Labour Day weekend (March 6-8), the tournament offers competitions for boys and girls in U12-U21 for representative and domestic teams. There is also a one day wheelchair basketball tournament and a one day all-abilities basketball tournament held in conjunction with the SEJBT.... Registrations open on December 7th. 18.01.2022 Basketball is BACK! We are excited about today’s announcement from the Victorian Government as it allows for basketball to return! Competitions for both Juniors and Seniors will look to commence from Tuesday, 24th November. ... Basketball Victoria will be providing information shortly, and once finalised, a confirmation email will be sent to all team contacts! Well done to the Victorian community!

15.01.2022 #WCW Woman Crush Wednesday! This weeks crush is Marianna Tolo! Marianna Tolo is an Australian basketball player for the University of Canberra Capitals in the WNBL.... Marianna was a member for the national team for the 2014 FIBA World Championships. The team beat Turkey to finish with the bronze medal. In this tournament she led her team in scoring with an average of 12.2 PPG & in field goal percentage with an average of 56% FG. Some major achievements include 3x WNBL Champion (2009, 2010, 2019), 2x WNBL All-Star Five (2011, 2017) & WNBL Defensive Player of the Year (2017) Check back next week for another #WCW

14.01.2022 Basketball Victoria have updated their return to sport guidelines with indoor training set to recommence from 8th November. In line with this, after the 8th November Casey Basketball will be hosting a series of on court development programs. We are hopeful to have competitions up and running soon after this date, once Basketball Victoria and the Victorian Government approve.... More information to come. We look forward to seeing you back on the courts soon!

02.01.2022 For the first time in 8 months basketball is back indoors! Pictured is the first indoor training session! Games are expected to commence tomorrow with more information coming shortly! It’s good, no it’s great, no it’s better than it’s been in a long time to see the kids getting amongst it on the court once again! ...
