15.01.2022 As restrictions and cases of Covid19 are starting to ease, we hope that everyone is starting to settle back into a normal life routine. We are hoping to be able to reopen our centre to our beautiful clients soon and get our programs rerunning whilst following strict covid safety protocols! Stay tuned for date announcements on when this will be happening and remember although our centre is closed to the public for the time being, we are still here working away and able to ass...ist you via phone, skype, email and facebook. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

14.01.2022 Although we are all in lockdown, leaving our homes for exercise and going with one other person, is allowed providing we stick to the social distancing rules. Kerrie is a huge advocate for mental health and one of the best things we can do is go for a walk. If you would like to get out of the house and would like some company for conversation and some fresh air, please give Kerrie a call and we can book in a time for you to meet at Cassia Community Centre for a 40 minute stroll.
