10.01.2022 My Journey with LSF started with my very first challenge in August 2019. I had completed two previous Challenges elsewhere but was looking for something more when I discovered Lauren. I had been following her page for a while and made the decision to give it a try. Since that day I have completed x 9 Challenges back to back with two programs done in between. I have never been happier and have been completely amazed on how my body has managed to change so much.
