25.01.2022 BUYER BEWARE If your supplied Pest & Building Reports by a Seller or Agent on a property you are looking at buying, make sure that the Inspector who did the inspection (not the company) actually holds a license. There are currently companies in Townsville using unlicensed Inspectors to carry out the work (& these are not some small mum and dad / single operator run businesses, these are large and well known).... Makes me sad to think these people can operate the way they do (both the company doing the inspection and those passing on the reports). If your buying a property, who do you want to do it for you? 22.01.2022 Some Termites that we found today while carrying out a inspection on a property. This was just a small amount of what we found throughout the gardens. Luckily the house was clear. Although this is a common finding in Townsville they still pose a big threat to the home. To ensure your home is clear of termites call us and book a inspection of your property.
