06.01.2022 Came across this wonderful line from C.G Jung in Psychology and Alchemy: I for my part prefer the precious gift of doubt, for the reason that it does not violate the virginity of things beyond our ken. He refers here to the Western attitude of fixation with outward aspects of humanity in contrast to the Eastern focus of within. An example is the Biblical interpretation of, 'The Kingdom of God is among you', instead of 'within you'. ...
