23.01.2022 Happy New Year! I hope you are ready and raring for a year of stepping out of your comfort zone and learning even more about the magnificence of 'you'. We have been busy here at the Cath McLellan headquarters, now ready to assist you with a great range of workshops, retreats and other self discovery packages. These have been developed to assist you to reconnect and tune into your internal wisdom. You see, the more you learn about who you are, the more you can live an equanimo...us life, and there is great power in being able to do this. Equanimity is a state of psychological stability, calmness, composure and openness, which remains undisturbed through the highs and lows of life. These highs and lows relate to the concept of impermanence which outlines how everything is forever changing, nothing ever stays the same. Good things happen, and challenging things happen. You have no control over the natural flow of life. However, one thing you can learn to control is your reaction to this natural flow. So, no matter what is happening you remain equanimous. When the good things are happening try not to cling to them, as they will change. Similarly, when the challenging things are happening try not to avoid or push them away, as they will change. The key to living an equanimous life and learning to control your reactions to life events is knowing yourself. The journey to good health and a fulfilling life is a journey of self-knowledge and discovery. A journey of breaking the chains of the past that hold you back and re-awakening your inner truth, magnificence and potential. Raising a different awareness of who you are and what is possible in this life time. I’m here to assist, inspire and encourage everyone to take this journey of self-discovery. I look forward to reconnecting with you for the glory and magic which 2018 will bring. Trust me, whatever it brings, you will learn something about yourself. 18.01.2022 Re-channel your inner hell into something else. I know, I know it is easier said than done - but we have to start breaking the habit one small step at a time. Re-channel the energy of the negative into something good for yourself....it will surprise you how the body relaxes when you do this.
