10.01.2022 On the odd occasion, when I get to a house I have not seen or cleaned before.. and there is more to clean than usual, not the normal dust surfaces and vac and mop.. but removal of large cobwebs in every room, walls cleaned bathroom needed extreme cleaning .. then a $ 40.00 surcharge is added to the cleaning cost.. I’m sorry if I didn’t explain my self better at the end of the job.
