16.01.2022 Why Dandelion? This humble weed symbolises many things, and they’re all good. The happy, glowing warmth of the cheery yellow flower. Like the sun, it lifts the spirits. Nourishment, as the leaves are edible and can be used in salads. Dandelion tea is good for the soul. Optimism. Many of us will take the opportunity to blow the white puffs that the dandelion flower turns into to be granted one wish. As the seeds float into the wind we feel reassured that our wish will be fulf...illed. As a child, it allows us to dream.
