20.01.2022 We now have a wonderful volunteer dog called Frankie (named after Frank Sinatra) who comes in every Saturday with his wonderful owner Jemma. He is a Schnoodle (Poodle x Schnauzer) and is very soft and perfect for petting! We love him and our faces light up when he is around! He is very health conscious as the snacks they give him are slices of apple. We deeply thank Animal Companions a nonprofit volunteer organisation for their work.

19.01.2022 Anu, one of our amazing carers, shared with us some authentic Indian sweets (Laddoo and milk cake) and samosas. Anu and fellow carers Thuy and Indika donned beautiful traditional Indian costume. We spent the afternoon dancing, eating and learning the meaning of Diwali (Festival of Lights celebrated by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs).
