05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Thanks for all your messages of concern. Friday was a pretty devastating day for the Adelaide Hills wine region. Many of our friends have suffered significant damage to their vineyards and infrastructure. Fortunately the Sidewood winery in Nairne where I operate from escaped harm. The flames came within a few hundred metres, but the wind change pushed it back in the other direction. Our thoughts are with those who weren’t so lucky this time around. When you’re choosing your wines this Summer please show your support for Adelaide hills brands and buy local. Fingers crossed that’s all we see of fires this Summer
