15.01.2022 It took me a long time to realise that I'm allowed to have time to myself and take some time out, and that DOESN'T make me selfish! Adult life is hard! Throw in a couple of wonderful but full on children, a job and all the extra housework that need doing and I'm finding that I've left myself to last..again. I just had a 20 minute soak in the bath with teabags on my eyes, a beautiful candle going, and a guided meditation playing while I allowed myself to just relax for a little bit! When did you last take some time for yourself? Don't leave it too long, because you deserve some 'you' time, too

04.01.2022 Ah, this probably won't come as a surprise to anyone since my "month break" has extended somewhat, but this still isn't easy to type! I've thought it over constantly for the past few months and truthfully, this sucks but I know it's the right thing to do. This isn't an indefinite goodbye , just a good bye for now as who knows if or when I'll be back. This year has taught me a lot and the biggest thing is about just how precious time is. I need to give more of that to these t...wo little legends and I've been stretched thin! So I just wanted to say a massive, heart felt "thank you" to absolutely everyone who made this journey so enjoyable and gave me their support, you didn't have to but you did and for that I am forever grateful!
