Too often we get o...urselves into the toxic thinking pattern of relying on a change in the external to heal the internal. We can get so caught in this cycle of chasing some mythical external goal, and when we don’t achieve it we are more frustrated, anxious, and depressed. We know that movement, fresh air and counselling are all good for your mental health so lets combine all three.
