12.01.2022 Before I start: Card Night tonight :D I'm aware that I've not been posting as often as I normally would, and I wanted to explain WHY. As mentioned in the past, plants have been difficult to get during covid. Everyone was forced home and subsequently realised how important it is to love the space you live in. So everyone started buying plants! <3 (We, on the other hand, are the clever ones who have ALWAYS known that life is better with plants ;) lol)... This impacted stock in the obvious way: no one could have predicted this, so demand out-weighed availability, and there was a shortage. This shortage has continued to get worse, with growers either offering plants at younger/smaller sizes in an effort to keep up (at the same price, though), or them running out all together. This is where we're at now. There are still growers who have some stock available (mostly in small numbers), but they don't deliver. And while I know that I could fill myself out a permit and go traipsing all over Melb, I feel strongly that that's NOT the right thing to do. I recognise that my business is in NO way "essential", so I'm staying put within my 5km. This brings us to now - where I can almost count on my two hands how many plants I have here for sale. I am practically out of stock, so have not really felt I had anything to post about. I know it's the wrong attitude, but I suppose I didn't want to fill your newsfeed with pretty pictures of things you can't have! lol So please bare with me during this strange time. I will continue to advertise the planters, brooches, and crystals while stock is low, and I'll keep hunting for fresh planties. Please continue to PM me with your questions and requests - I AM keeping a list of them all so I can track them all down for you. It might just take a little longer ;) If you can handle being patient and waiting a while for your plants, I will absolutely get them to you as soon as the situation shifts Sorry for the long post, and happy Sunday!!
