13.01.2022 Wowie. Happy New Year!! We hope you all have a safe and brilliant year to come! Thank you for all your ongoing support and kindness. I know some of you would have noticed the change in our fish pieces (sizes and weight) I just wanted to reassure you all that we have not changed suppliers or anything like that. Our beautiful Bass Strait Direct were so flat out busy that we were unable to get the usual pre-filleted Gummy we know and love, however they did rescue us with f...resh gummy to fillet ourselves, we are no professionals however we did our best and know the quality was just as great as usual even though they varied in size. We hope you have all enjoyed the food and the service. We are so pleased to see all of our wonderful locals, holiday goers and regulars enjoying what our town and community has to offer. Sending you all loads of appreciation and love!

13.01.2022 It's a sad morning in our community. While we have taken measures to insure stock is put where people can't access it while our hours have changed, there was a mistake made by the newspaper company which resulted in the newspaper bundles being left at the door. I have had signage up on the door, I have posted online, I have told people all a about our hour changes. I am disappointed to say that we have been informed by a local, a lady has come early and handed out the newspap...ers to customers who have come early. This has resulted in someone in our community taking off with this money and has left us short of papers. Absolutely baffled and disappointed. We are trying to stay open for you, we are busting ourselves and our families to bring you products and take away food. We are risking our health, we are trying our best and the lady and the people whom 'bought' their newspapers impatiently, you have abused this, you have let us down. Camera footage will be looked at later today. I can't believe I have to say this but Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OUR STORE WHILE THE SHOP IS CLOSED!! Yours truly, one sad local.
