22.01.2022 It's a pretty depressing time to be a music lover. But that doesn't mean its all bad news. Our co-founder and positive energy posterboy Nick had a chat with Woroni about how we're handling rona and what we hope people are doing during this period. Be safe, wear a mask and think of your fellow humans.

20.01.2022 Incoming ALGORHYTHM #5 Inspired by breaks, beats and anything in between, this speedy mix of tunes was compiled during some spaced out travels in the chaos of Tokyo by cbr resident Zara Olsen.

17.01.2022 Our national cultural sector is worth $111 Billion per year to the countries economy, but somehow our government refuses to allow gig to gig workers, self employed musicians, technical event staff & a majority of arts and culture workers to receive Jobkeeper. The arts industry was one of the first hit, and will be one of the last to recover from social distancing restrictions. It also happens to employ a disproportionate amount of young people, It's time to demand that our government hears us. Read and sign the open letter in the article to add your voice to the growing chorus. The arts industry needs HELP or it wont be recovering anytime soon. Write to your MP, tweet at them, email a poem about their ineptitude or just share this post - the arts are crucial to our society and we desperately need funding to survive.
16.01.2022 Take 66 minutes to yourself, away from the chaos. Canberra partymans Frasier Brigz lays out the sunshine records and endorphin boosters. Follow our ALGORHYTHM series for a dig into what makes cbr DJ's special.
14.01.2022 Programming the Algorhythm this month - EKZANDER takes us on a night flight through a dance wormhole. Tense and flashy dancefloor bits with an industrial overtone, the warehouse music is on widebeam, adjust your antennae.
12.01.2022 We've been reflecting on what's been going on and what we can do to help, and one of the ways is by listening to and amplifying bla(c)k voices that know what they're talking about. If you can donate money, there are several organisations on the docs below that are endorsed by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people they are helping. Kira Puru put this list together with relevant organisations to donate to: bit.ly/support-firstnations @minamcmahon and friends put toge...ther an extensive list of resources to check out: bit.ly/aus-blm-allies #blacklivesmatter
12.01.2022 ALGORHYTHM #4 A rainy day calls for a hypnotic and exhilarating mix with touches of ambience and minimalism produced by the sweetest lady in Canberra town, Arabella. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Jonny Nash, Suzanne Kraft and Move D, we recommend you to sit back and enjoy https://soundcloud.com/canberrahousesocial/arabella
11.01.2022 The latest instalment in our mix series ALGORHYTHM has arrived courtesy of local selector ellen. Infamous for late nite house party tunes and wine picnics on Kingston foreshore.
11.01.2022 We've been listening to the Honey Point show on Nomad Radio to find all of our high-key jazzy bangers since the show started. We're big fans of everything Dame & Deepa do, and we're SO happy to announce a collaborative show celebrating our collective love for all things jazzy, break-y and liquidy. Slotting into the middle of the ANU O-Week festivities, take a moment to come upstairs at sideway and hear the Honey Point programmed lineup on the beloved Communi-fi rig. Ft. Deep...a, Dame, Subterranean Jazz Club (MEL) & Eddy Diamond. Tix are 15 bones

Tune in this weekend to catch a set from the crew and party from your living room. Big ups to Off Tap Productions xxx
