23.01.2022 Recently I was approached by some friends of mine who were getting married. They asked me to make a box they could use in the ceremony that stored a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a letter to each other. It was such a pleasure getting to make something for them to use on their special day. 12.01.2022 Finally got the wine unit I’ve been working on in place until our new house is finished. The herringbone top taught me a lot about wood movement even with such small pieces. 11.01.2022 And it's finished! This coffee table used to have a thin pine top on it that had been left out to weather and was no longer used. I have sanded and painted the base an off white and made up a 40mm thick Meranti top and added a wire twist handle to bring it all together. Came up a treat If you have any furniture you want restored or given a bit of a facelift please contact me and I'll see what I can come up with
