21.01.2022 One happy trailer ready to go back to its owner after someone slammed in the rear, bent the draw bar at the coupling, was a mess but. New draw bar, slightly longer with in legal limit, tows very nicely, Trent Robinson. Whilst on the subject of trailers Id like to point out some important points. Trailers are similar to cars, they have wheels, they have bearings, the have electrical system & some have hydraulic or mechanical brakes. I cant stress how important it is to have maintenance done on a trailer, day in day out see far to many trailers neglected on the side of the road due to neglected servicing. What ever your cargo is dont let it be statistic. Remember, when servicing your vechile, truck, motorbike whatever it may be, spare a thought for your trailer.

You almost got there mate With all the hype & buzz around the pits has finally convinced us here at CDS to set up a track bike & give it a shot , hopefully more track time than hospital food

10.01.2022 ** EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ** As we are seeing an escalating rate of motorbike thefts on a daily basis, we are currently designing a well secured floor anchor device to work in conjunction with any type of high tensile chain & locking mechanism (e.g. Kryptonite brand). Our device is an Tamper Proof device comprising of the following - Laser cut components - High tensile D ring... - Stainless steel cover plate - Stainless tamper screws We regard these as a BULLET PROOF FLOOR ANCHOR which makes it even difficult to cut with a grinder as being high tensile. At this stage we are seeking Expression Of Interest before we can put a pricing structure on it. ** It was brought to our attention the description of tamper proof screws was incorrectly worded, thanks to all the critics for your valued comments

05.01.2022 One down, one to go

05.01.2022 At times we get asked for special request, this here was a very satisfying request completed. A very close friend mine had asked me to make this happen at all cost, well how can I refuse ! Why was this special ? Well it goes something like this, a work colleague of my very close friend had a motorbike accident some time ago & unfortunately he had last his leg from the accident. As a passionate rider we were able to have him back on a bike, with some tricky geometry set out we were able to fabricate a gear lever as close as possible & as comfortable as possible for this person. This has probably been my most satisfying job to date, not that it was difficult but knowing we have put that spark back into someones life knowing he will be able to ride again !
