24.01.2022 Procrastinating on Facebook when you should be studying? Do something better with your afternoon and join us for Tough Questions Bible Study at 3pm near the basketball courts. We'll be listening to a couple of stories from the Bible that will help us think about why it's so hard to do what we know we should be doing!!!

23.01.2022 If you have been following CDU Christians for a while but haven't made it to a CDU Christians event, this coming Monday could be a great opportunity. As part of online O-Week we are running a zoom version of Friday Connect... just on Monday! Meet some regulars, hear more about what CDU Christians does on campus and try out a CDU Christians small group where we explore a passage of the Bible and consider what it means for our lives. 23.01.2022 Mental Wellbeing: Caring for Yourself and Your Friends During the Outbreak Join CDU Christians as we hear from Nicky Chiswell, a Christian psychologist from Melbourne, about depression, anxiety and wellbeing in these strange times. The session will cover:... Mental health (with a focus on anxiety and depression) Self-care and how to be a good friend to someone What to do when anxiety becomes a problem How some of these things intersect with Christian faith and a Christian worldview Join us on Zoom, 5-6.30pm, Tuesday, 5th May.

22.01.2022 Friday Connect is on tonight! Come at 6pm for dinner followed by Bible study together. We are back in our regular room Red 1.3.1 (top floor above the post office and cafeteria). Because of COVID, we ask that you please don't come if you are feeling unwell.

19.01.2022 Last week it was great to get together again as CDU Christians on Friday night for Connect, now via Zoom. Join us this Friday from 6.50pm (for a 7pm start) as we continue to catch-up and learn from Mark's Gospel together. PM Jenny Bradshaw for the meeting ID and password.

18.01.2022 CDU Christians has some good news and some bad news. GOOD NEWS: This semester Friday Connect is back on campus - 6-8pm Fridays in our regular room upstairs from the post office (Red 1.3.1). We'll be enjoying dinner together and then breaking into small groups to study the letter to the Ephesians. There will be a few extra precautions in place because of these COVID times. THE BAD NEWS: This Friday is a public holiday so no Friday Connect this week! We look forward to being back together starting Friday of week 2. See you then!

16.01.2022 Each year one of the highlights of the year for CDU Christians is going away together for three or four days in the middle of the year for Mid-Year Getaway (formerly Mid-Year Camp). We spend time studying the Bible together, usually focused on a particular topic. We also enjoy meals and fun times together. This year we may need to modify things to meet Territory, CDU and AFES requirements but we would also love to hear what factors might impact your decision to come along.
