23.01.2022 This was perhaps one of my most challenging patients to date. My patient attended my clinic stating that she was not happy with her lower face due to underdeveloped chin. She had microgenia (lack of vertical height to the chin) , retrogenia (receding chin) as well a cleft chin which left her with a large dimple which took up a large portion of the chin.
