08.01.2022 Happy Valentines day everyone. I hope you all have a fantastic day. Can you believe we are halfway through February already? How are you feeling? For some 2020 was a year that they would like to forget or maybe you are just focusing on making 2021 the best year it can be. I am not sure about you, but my year has certainly started off the way 2020 ended being busy. Whilst this is great you do need to make sure you are taking care of yourself. You can’t be there ...for work, family and friends if your cup is not full. Many people that I have spoken to over the last few weeks have found now that the children have returned to school that they don’t quite have the right balance of caring for themselves and others.
