25.01.2022 THIS WEEK'S COMMUNITY WINDOW WALK THEME We can go camping! The last week of the Window Walks is all about us getting back out there and enjoying being outdoors ...with our family and friends - camping, camp fires, tents and caravans. Please brighten someone's day with a picture, painting or drawing in your window. June 15 - We can go camping! Camp fires, tents, caravans. #makeyourselfathome The Window Walk has been a great community initiative by Centacare Evolve Housing. When you are out walking (and practising physical distancing of 1.5 metres) we can still find a way to connect with each other. Simply join in by putting something in your window for those passing by to see. This has become a global phenomenon, making walks around neighbourhoods all over the world lots of fun during the COVID-19 disruption.

21.01.2022 With winter coming around, there is a higher risk of damp, condensation and mould forming in your home. Condensation begins as water in the air when you cook, do washing or dry clothes indoors. When this moisture touches cold surfaces like walls, tiles, mirrors and windows, it condenses and forms water droplets. This can turn into mould. Mould can be different colours like green, yellow, pink, grey or white. It can cause health problems, specifically problems with your lungs. It damages surfaces and cause other problems in your home.
