25.01.2022 The children have been enjoying cooling off in the Water Park this week. We are grateful to have this especially as the weather continues to heat up. The children have enjoyed exploring the physics of water, whether its watching it rise and fall from the jets, or how the jets can carry the balls. #waterplay ##splishsplash

25.01.2022 In the recent weeks we have been learning about what it will be like as we go off to school, we have introduced desks to sit at whilst we practice writing our names and focus on developing our fine motor skills. We have been putting our lunch into lunch boxes and bringing our drink bottles to help us experience and understand the expectations when we go to school. It has been an exciting month and we cannot wait to see what the end of year brings us!

24.01.2022 It was Day for Daniel here at Centenary Childcare on Friday and we had a sea of Red shirts as recognition. What a fun and educational morning we had. We wish to thank the visitors we had at the centre to help us with our message to teach children the importance of Staying Safe. 21.01.2022 Our Squad of Pre School children who go swimming at Rackley's Westlake have been going "fintasically" during their weekly swim lessons. Children have been building their social skills, showing great support for their peers all while being engaged in improving their very important swimming skills. We have seen a massive improvement in their swim strokes and confidence. Such a great initiative we have here at Centenary Childcare. #swimming #floating #paddlesandkicks ##watersafety

"What will I wear?" We have been talking about what we can expect. The 3 classes have set up areas that depict a classroom environment. 09.01.2022 Our Babies Two room as been very busy lately enjoying all things DINOSAUR. We have been exploring lots of fun and engaging art and sensory activities. Everything from Dinosaur Stomp Footprints to Melting Dinosaur Eggs and everything in between. The children particularly enjoyed the "Sensory Archeological Dig" we used paintbrushes to move the wet sand to reveal all different types of Dinosaurs. #dinosaurs #sand #sensory #groupplay #toddlers #earlyeducation #fun
