23.01.2022 With all the focus on Marriage Equality you may need some professional help with your concerns or added pressure in your relationships.Contact David at Central Coast Counsellor.

22.01.2022 Oh here I am visiting family in Switzerland and what a treat this is after 30 years of hard slog in the Antipodes...finally some European sensibility again...sometimes we need to go away to get a view of where we have been or have been going or are stuck..certainly hanging out with family who you like but hardly see is such a blast..I can really recommend it...remember family is what makes you literally...you have their genes so think about the ones you gel with and work out how to capitalise on those traits rather than the ones you may not like so much. If the convict strain or the Aristocratic look is not working for you try the plain old "Merchant of Venice"! Happy August I will be back with vigour to meet you all in September I am sure!

20.01.2022 Ok here goes love is love simples as the Meerkat says post your vote and make it a yes if not you it could be your yet to be born Children or Grandchildren that may want to marry. Vote yes and bring Australia into the 21st Century and support love between whoever. Marriage is not my thing committed loving relationships are however I respect everybody's right to marry whoever they wish to if they are of age so vote YES!!!!!!!

20.01.2022 Hope that Christmas which can be a stressful time is a relaxing time for people. Less presents, less food more peace and tranquility and time for sharing with friends pets and family or any lonely people!! Have a break and look forward to a better 2019 ...breathe in and out slowly..notice the landscape and be kind!!

19.01.2022 In gestalt we call this the empty chair...on this one you could seat your whole metaphorical family and tell them how it is or else leave it empty and carry on into the sunset regardless.....happy to help if you are needing help with life, family and friends!!

17.01.2022 Nature says it all better than purple prose!

12.01.2022 Wow they have just launched two men into Space and the whole world is watching... seems like social distancing in a Space craft would be hard..if you are worried about changes and fearful of the new you might think of these guys. Every day we are faced with choices and some are bigger and some smaller. Yesterday I had a big choice..my own mini Space mission..I made it relaxed like the astronauts looked in their capsule..today I am thinking oh my goodness what could go wrong?.....I had a friend say to me don't let Covid 19 stop you from moving on! So if anyone is struggling because of these unusual and odd times it is important to remember it will not be forever and to reach out and talk if you feel lost. My job is to help relationship wise and individually so please call and make an appointment. I will listen and be a support in person or on line. See more

11.01.2022 We are heading into what is for some a very happy time of year Christmas but for many it is a hard and stressful time...breathe deep and relax and call me if you need someone to unload to 0450463323. I have vacant spots to see you Th, Fri and Sat up until Sat 22 December. I will be available again from Thurs 11 January.

11.01.2022 This is a great article on a brilliant initiative to understand and work with childhood trauma. I endeavour to use a trauma informed lens in my work as a psychotherapist and counsellor. Most clients or patients will have experienced some trauma as a child and may not understand how as adults they are still affected by that trauma.

08.01.2022 I like this shape but only because I know it is empty and going nowhere...let us hope that all nuclear weapons if not empty go nowhere....surely in International Peace week we can all agree on that!! And as I understand it peace begins at home and in our hearts! It is ok to vent and be angry but not to hurt our family and our friends and neighbours no matter how tiresome they may be at times..nor the furry or feathered or scaley creatures who love us!!!!!

02.01.2022 Well today as I sit in my garden and ponder what a small dose of flu after a vaccination means..I realise the opportunity to just slow down and pat the dogs who want my attention is a great luxury! They love me without condition and sometimes I don't return the favour because I am busy or preoccupied or just oblivious. How important it is to just be aware of our surroundings and know we don't need much apart from good healthy food, friends, family members if we have them, pets and some shelter and ok a car maybe and a relative few distractions to keep us happy....Some Prof in the US has written about hyper capitalism and how we all need a bit less to get by with and we would be happier...I agree!
