17.01.2022 Home Life I am officially/ unofficially on Holidays now! Well technically I’m on planned rostered days off that roll into Annual Leave...So I’m calling it Holidays from now ! It is no secret that I LOVE my job as a Flight Attendant, but I have to admit it’s nice to not worry about the next flying duty for a while now. So excited to be a passenger myself this month and along with my Hubby Ben take our kids on some fun travels. Sometimes I wish we had a pool, but then days like today im glad we just make our own fun with what we have! So grateful for this time off with my family and loving that it’s starting to feel like summer!

10.01.2022 Local Love @redhillcandleco is the manifestation of local Mum Ebony who dreamed of creating an experience on the Mornington Peninsula that was unique and captured people’s feelings, She has achieved her goal so well Today, along with my dear friend Kelly @mylittleadventuresau we attended a tour of @redhillcandleco and had the opportunity to create our own custom designed fragranced soy candle. Smell is such a strong sense! It can take you back to a place or time in an ins...tant. Today I reached for Gardenia, Cinnamon and Lemongrass. The plant I have at my front door and two spices I cook with most nights. But when I combined them it kind of took me back to staying with my mums family in Sri Lanka when I was little. So I called my scent Colombo 6 after the place it reminded me of. I’ll have to ask Mum if my great grandparents had gardenias in their garden Anyway I’ve gone off on a tangent.. my point is that smell can ignite a memory so strong from 30 years ago Thank you Ebony for today’s experience, your studio is awesome and I’ve already been buying your candles from @littlelintons so I know they are awesome. I really recommend a visit to @redhillcandleco if you are looking for a unique activity the workshop is a must Thank you for having us today Ebony. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
