24.01.2022 If you can organise a girls/ guys night out on the town guess what ! ...... you can organise 1 measly night away on your own. Dedicate 1 night out of 12 months of the year to Love, Honour, Respect and give thanks to yourself. You work so damn hard, don’t you deserve it? Many people do this but they use alcohol as the fun relaxing mode, which of course has its time and place. But could just 1 night be for you and only you without any soul energy zappers ? I also us...e to choose champagne on any weekend getaway I had. Now I have cool benefits to share of what happens when you don’t ! It’s an experience you will absolutely Love I guarantee it. If your not ready to do it alone take a friend. Not your partner, not your kids. Working on your relationship can be a separate occasion. But what about just 1 night for you ? Honour yourself with no alcohol, no tv and no phone. All those things suck your beautiful souls vital energy. By not having those 3 things you instantly fill your inner soul up to overflowing. People always ask what I do ? Read a book, go for a slow walk, swim in the ocean take a nap ! .... anything in nature I love sharing these ideas and have such a passion for it because it changes my life. I Experience them myself every time I go away. This video is one of those moments I felt recently. It was my Awwww Life’s Good, Love and Bliss moment. Imagine your kids and partner when you get home. They miss you and feel grateful to have you home. You feel respect, love, valued and gratitude from them But more importantly .... imagine yourself?Coming home full of self love , self care , a clear mind , bliss, joy, less stress, worry, angst, less need of control. Your mind has quietened down. It’s not rattling off the next 10 million things you need to do today. It’s not expensive, it’s not too hard , and it can be done. If you want it Many can’t be away from their partner for even just one night for many different reasons. So take a friend the first time and see if you can work your way up to one night alone. You won’t know how good it feels inside your heart until you try it. And maybe this is something your just not interested in fair enough . It’s My perception and opinion. May not be yours.
