22.01.2022 Tab ordered a nice Adirondack outdoor setting to enjoy her new riverside backyard. But when the package arrived, she discovered that it came in hundreds of pieces. She got me to put it together for her - even with power tools it still took a couple of hours, but the results speak for themselves :D

20.01.2022 We've all been there - got on Ebay after one too many sherries and "accidentally" bought something that maybe wasn't such a great idea in the light of day. At least, that's how Tim found himself the owner of a yacht that desperately needed some TLC. She was in quite a state - rotten traveler, seized outboard, disintegrating ropes, a bilge full of rusty water and messed up safety lines to name a few issues. He got me to get her back into tip top sailing condition - which I did, before I sailed her from the Central Coast to her new home in Sydney.

20.01.2022 It's amazing how a bit of paint can completely change the character of a home! I recently provided a fresh new look for these new homeowners. They've done an amazing job renovating the house and I was happy to help out by finishing off the painting. We needed some creative ladder use to get to all the tricky, hard to reach places, but I think this before-and-after photo shows it was all worth while!

08.01.2022 We all like a delicious dinner, but some people take it a bit more seriously! With seventy tins in her aromatic collection, this customer needed a supersized spice rack hand-made to organise her kitchen. This was definitely not an off-the-shelf solution! I got the boards custom cut by Walker Bros Timber in Gosford from lovely raw pine and did all the machine work on my great new mitre drop saw. Getting everything just right took longer than I thought it would, but the finished product was definitely worth the effort :D

06.01.2022 How to give a boring old concrete patio a complete face lift: I used treated pine to build a deck and add in some stairs, then stained the whole lot with a nice rich merbau tint. It only took a couple of days, completely reinvigorated the tone of the backyard and left the owners wondering why they hadn't done it years ago!
