18.01.2022 The Club is excited to announce the signing of key forward AIDEN GRACE. Aiden is around 189cm and 23 years of age, and is a forward who plays with energy, enthusiasm and has great game awareness. His football development has its roots in Tasmania, playing with Clarence Football Club before a season (2018) in Geelong playing between Geelong VFL side and St. Marys in the strong Geelong Football League (Won the GFL Leading Goalkicker with 59 goals).... Aiden returned to Tasmania in 2019 to play with the Glenorchy Football Club winning the Peter Hudson Medal (Leading Goalkicker in the TSL) along with TSL Team of the Year honours. Ian Callinan said that he is also an elite, fit runner. We welcome Aiden, his partner Laura and their 2 young children to the Club.

The 17 year old's impressed the coaches at the recent Open Trials with natural athleticism and great contested ball skills. They attend Trinity college and all 3 are also pretty handy cricketers. 05.01.2022 CDFC are excited to welcome Paige Allan to our women’s team! Aged just 22, Paige already has an impressive footy CV. She has played 29 SANFLW games for North Adelaide where she was nominated for the SANFLW Rising Star in 2017. In 2018 she made the Adelaide Footy Women Team of the Year playing for her home club of Salisbury, and in 2016 she was selected in the U18 State Team. Welcome Paige, and we look forward to seeing you run out in the red, white and blue in 2021.
