24.01.2022 The CEPS P&C have sponsored Declan $100 towards his target. What a great effort, Declan is already over his $500 target! BUT.... There can never be too many donations! Get behind him and donate if you can, every little bit counts. The 'Great shave off' is happening tomorrow at 9.30am in the hall. Good luck and well done Declan!!

20.01.2022 At tomorrow’s Athletics carnival the Canteen is holding an impromptu outdoor stall. We urgently request donations of cakes, slices or biscuits to add to this stall. Please consider baking or buying something to help us out. All donations can be handed to the office this afternoon. Or canteen/stall tomorrow. We apologise for the late notice. And thank you in advance.... Additionally, if you are able to assist on the stall, please see Linda in the morning. Every little bit helps to allow everyone a chance to see their children compete. 15.01.2022 It is with deepest disappointment that we announce we won't be able to have our annual Mothers Day Stall this year. This is a pre-warning to the CEPS Dad's (or significant men) in our midst that will need to organise a gift in its place for THIS SUNDAY 10th May!! 12.01.2022 BACK TO SCHOOL!! Who can believe that we are back to school tomorrow! The CEPS P&C are excited to get back into it and are looking forward to many exciting things to come in 2020! Don't forget tomorrow is WEDNESDAY, so our AMAZING canteen ladies are on deck and ready for orders!! ... Have a fantastic first day and a fun filled 2020!!! HERE WE GOOOOO!!!!

12.01.2022 It is with the deepest regret that we have had to cancel the ‘Night Under the Stars’ Outdoor cinema night. Unfortunately, while the weather is improving today, the grounds just aren’t drying enough for us to go ahead. We thank everyone for your understanding. We are definitely going ahead in term 4 and are working on confirming a new date with the Facilitating company today. Of all the weeks for the rain to finally come!!

11.01.2022 Is this not an indication of how awesome our Corrimal East Public School (Official) staff are ! It's been a challenging end to the term to say the least, but, we hope you all agree, the CEPS staff have made the transition as easy as possible. We as the P&C say thank you Team, and well done. We've missed a lot of things this term, and we were sad our annual Easter Raffle had to be cancelled. But we'll be sure to have lots of fun things when we get back to school (wheneve...r that may be). Enjoy your break Everyone - Teachers, Students, Essential Workers and Homeschooling Parents, we all deserve to switch off and regroup ready to start this wild ride again next term. 07.01.2022 Dear Pie Drive Supporters, Firstly, we would like to thank all of you for supporting the CEPS P&C Pie Drive, it was a great success. The pie delivery day is thi...s Friday the 11th September. Mrs Gammone is generously allowing us to use the School hall to pack all the orders and for pick-ups. Due to COVID 19 we need to limit the amount of people on the school grounds and it would be greatly appreciated if you could chat with friends that put in orders and try to get people to collect their friends orders as well. We had 107 orders which is fantastic but we do not want that many people on the school grounds. The pies need to be refrigerated within 3 hours of delivery so we ask that you collect orders between 12pm and 1.30pm, orders will not be going home with children. Orders must be collected within this timeframe as we have no capacity to hold pies for collection after this time. You will be able to enter the school via the staff carpark and walk down the carpark driveway to the door at the northern side of the hall. We need people to collect and leave the school grounds as soon as possible. Please do not go to the front office or any other areas of the school. If you are unable to pick up or get anyone to pick up for you during this time frame please email at [email protected] and we will try to make arrangements for you. 07.01.2022 It is such a shame that we have had to postpone our Athletics carnival. As the Schoolbag notification read, the kids that have ordered Sausage Sizzle packs will still receive these for lunch tomorrow. If you (parent/s) ordered a sausage sizzle pack and you are requesting a refund (although you can come and collect it at 1:15pm from the canteen or we’d gladly accept your $6 per pack donation!), please email me at [email protected] so this can be organised for you. 06.01.2022 Shout out to all the CEPS parents doing the homeschooling thing. It’s been a big week. We understand and applaud you for a job well done. If they did a little or a lot well done, you made it through. Also, to those that are still working and maybe you’re having to send your kids to school and possibly wondering if your doing the right thing. You are! You’re keeping the economy alive, you’re paying mortgages/rent, bills and putting food on the table for your families. W...ell done! We can all only do, what we can do to get through this weird time. Stay safe, Stay healthy and we look forward to life at CEPS getting back to normal. To the CEPS Staff, we applaud you 1) For being amazing and putting up with our kids everyday. We get it now 2) For running with this new way of learning and making it work for our kids (all at the drop of a hat) and improving it as you go. 3) For holding the fort when the rest of the country is told to be in lockdown. We THANK YOU! We’ll get through this everyone, we just have to ride the ride and keep smiling. If you need to vent, need ideas to keep the kids occupied, or need a smile. Just message us.

03.01.2022 Thanks to Mrs Gammone, the CEPS staff and the Year 6 kids we’re going to be able to have our Fathers Day Stall THIS Friday (4th September) despite the Covid restrictions. Thank you ! Please remember to send your child/ren with money and details of who they need to buy for, written down. We would hate any Dads,Pops, Grandads, or Carers to miss out. Prices range from $1-$10... We ask that you only give the amount you wish your child to spend. Due to Covid we need as little money handling as possible.

03.01.2022 Massive thank you to all involved in our super successful Bunnings BBQ today. We managed to make a profit of just over $1,900. Huge thank you to Sarah Loemker and the fundraising committee along with Kimberlee Gilmour for all your hard work leading up to today. Thank you to our hard working volunteers; to everyone that came along or sent family and friends. A great start to the year.
