A mum-of-three, Emma runs several businesses, all with a purpose towards raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues, particularly in the areas of youth mental health and self-esteem and postnatal depression. On International Women's Day, we'll be talking mainly about @mumsempowered and @thelovememission.
