06.01.2022 Anqi and Kai have family spread all around the world and as the "COVID" year unfolded they realised it would be a long time before they could all be together for a big wedding and they so wanted to be married. Instead they opted for a 'legals only' wedding in their home, with their good friends as witnesses. However, their family really wanted to be a part of the special day so Kai and Anqi set up their lounge room with cords, cameras, screens and laptops and loved ones in C...hina, South Australia, Canada and America were suddenly all there albeit on the screen. It was romantic, fun, emotional and joyous all rolled into one. Kai's dad in Germany popped the champagne as soon as I declared he and Anqi married. Kai popped the cork here in Melbourne and despite the oceans separating everyone the celebratory mood was electric. . It truly was simply amazing. Congratulations Kai and Anqi!! 01.01.2022 A little memorial hall on the outskirts of Brisbane was beautifully transformed for L & M’s wedding yesterday. Flowers, food vans, Fairy jumping castle for kids of all ages, and a gorgeous backdrop of rolling green landscape. There was a team of family & family of friends who worked tirelessly to set it up... it was great watching & lending a hand where I could.

01.01.2022 Yesterday, in Chapel Street, the Young’uns were out in force.. laughing , dancing, and downing coffee martini’s and aperol sprtizs’ like there was no such thing as isolation . AND how lucky was I that one of those young’uns invited this old’un to the wildest Hen’s Party ever!!
