21.01.2022 Be a part of history Thursday 23 April 2015 at 10:30 AM at Perth Supreme Court (meet in gardens) After more than 2 years of this action in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, we have reached the PIVOTAL hearing in the matter. In August '14, the justice awarded judgment for the bank, in the face of all controversy and evidence.... Since then, the Court of Appeal has acted in much the same way. In order to enable EVERYBODY to see how our court system functions (and for whose benefit) in Australia, we are seeing this through until the very end. This Thursday, the court attempts to determine whether the Repossession Notice given in August is to be allowed to be executed, or to be "stayed" for further determination. There is NO evidence before the court to support the banks claim, and they have so far been given a free run to operate and abuse the judicial system at their beck and call. Thursday will determine how far this court is willing to go, amidst public scrutiny. We are extending an invitation to be a part of APPLIED community, by sitting in the hearing and forming a COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. Whatever the outcome, the time is here to transparently show the state of affairs. SO, if you live in Perth or within reach, we encourage you to come and support our work and show the "system" that not all members of the community have descended into APATHY.
