04.01.2022 The RVG Viewer has been updated and is now available for download from the App store.

04.01.2022 HCF Age Modifier Issue HCF are currently having issues with updating the new Age Modifiers 25013 and 25014 that came into effect on 1 May 2020 to replace the 25012 and 25015. The system will reject claims that have this modifier included wtih a rejection code 'Processing Error". HCF are currently working to try and rectifiy the problem and hope to have it resolved by early June. We suggest hold off on sending these claims for now and we will provide an update as soon as available.

03.01.2022 RT Health Fund have advised that there has been an issue with claims being underpaid for the last few weeks. They have rectified this now. They are manually reassessing claims and will make top-up payments. Call the Fund with your provider number and patients membership number and they will add your claim to the list that they are working on.
