19.01.2022 Hi Members & Friends, As part of our long standing relationship with the Kurri Kurri Junior Motorcycle Club, we have been asked to assist with providing flag marshals for their upcoming Casey Stoner Cup to be held this weekend 21st & 22nd March 2020. We need at least 10 volunteers for each day - from 8:30am to 4pm on Saturday & Sunday.... By our club helping out in this way, in return we will be provided access to hold a club race day at the KKJMC facilities - so it's great for both clubs. It's also a great way to see the action up close and you'll be impressed by how fast & competitive junior dirt trackers are. 16.01.2022 Hi Members & Friends, Our next general meeting has been postponed to 7pm, Tuesday 10th November @ Khartoum Hotel in Kitchener (postponed due to the Melbourne Cup). This will also be our AGM where we will fill positions for the coming year, so please come along and show your support for the club - perhaps even put your hand up to help out with one of the various roles. Did you know the club will be celebrating its 100th year anniversary in 2023! We are already planning the cel...ebrations for this major milestone! (Hard to believe it's been 10 years since the 90th Anniversary celebration) A couple of photos from recent social ride @ Wallaroo - great to see great roll up - 18 riders, apparently it was a little warm & dusty (not that I noticed it being up the front). Welcome back to riding Max - thanks for taking on the tail end charlie role and not losing anyone. No major mishaps (until the last few kms anyway :) did around 60kms of single trail and rocky creek beds, with a nice hill climb to the lookout over Clarencetown. The next social ride will be the annual Trenholme Trial planned for Saturday 28th November - thanks to Fred Fowler for organising it again this year - there might be a few surprises in this year's route. We will post an event on FB shortly with more details. We will be planning some more social rides like this one in the new year - let us know if you are interested in this type of event. See more
