If you are too sore the next day, give it a day of rest, but get back to it the next day. ... You need to load the plantar fascia tendon to help it heal, the worst thing you can do is completely rest your foot. 03.01.2022 Arch supports are not for everyone and are not a necessity, however, when they are needed, 3D designed arch supports are very effective in fixing foot pain because the arch is made exactly for your feet only. I saw this patient 7 years ago and has returned to me for an updated pair of orthotics, hopefully he gets another 7 years out of these

02.01.2022 Saturday’s we get creative and take plaster moulds of feet! These casts are going to be sent to Perth, have a 3D digital scan and have an orthotic arch support CNC milled exactly to this patients foot. We add tweaks such as arch height and foot angle changes to help relieve his foot pain. This particular patient suffers from heel pain in both feet and also knee pain in his left knee. He has previously had a variety of store bought/off the shelf orthotics and is upgrading to... a fully customised orthotics. In a weeks time, this patient will have a soft, comfortable yet supportive arch support that will make his feet feel much much better!
