23.01.2022 CLIENT COVID-19 PROCEDURES: To ensure our clinic remains safe with opening, we have some procedures put in place to ensure you and others are protected so you can enjoy our massage services. Procedures in place include: - Masks on throughout appointment. - Hand sanitiser station is set up for use on entry into our clinic.... - Temperature checks on arrival of your appointment. At Health 4 Life massage we use hospital grade cleaners wiping down all surfaces in the clinic before and after your consultation, also disposable face rests for each client to ensure you have the safest experience so that you are able to relax and refresh throughout your massage. Our therapists Ron & Therese have also conducted the department of healths "COVID-19 infection control training" course. Cancellation policies To ensure everyone is safe, you must immediately notify us before your appointment if: - You have felt any feverish symptoms or experienced any coughing in the last 48 hours - If you travelled overseas anytime in the last 14 days - Have been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 cases In this instance if you have said yes to any of the above ^ we will cancel your appointment and no cancellation fee will apply. You are able to reschedule when feeling better.
