It's approved for Categoy 2, everything in order, working, neat and clean, many items included on top of commercial kitchen equipment. 03.01.2022 we have been served with cease and desist letter from another business with a similar name, so might have to change our name, as they have a pending trademark. hum... but even if we do, the food and quality will remain the same, the link and websites will remain the same - they just might redirect to another page - or state the fact that we are a different entity from the melbourne guy. we'll see how things progress. pitty but - hey, even if we have bought our domain almost a year ago, we haven't registered a trademark, so in a way, our own fault, i guess. will read up legal papers and explanations, but really not sure how our little business venture is threatening theirs.
